Welcome to Georgetown Country Club! The greatest place around to relax, play golf, throw back a few beverages and more. I'm looking forward to having ya'll join me for the final Muny Rat game of 2023, which is set for Wednesday, December 20th starting around 12 Noon. Plan for an all-day event!
Fees for the day are to be paid in the pro shop in your name. The cost will be $65. This includes golf, cart, range access and dinner. Sorry no discount for walking or skipping dinner. Entry to the Skins game will be an additional $25. We will pay out Gross, Net, Skins, and CTP‘s.
After the round we’ll have a Chicken Fried Steak dinner with all the fixings, again included in the $65 rate! Following dinner and socializing we will have the White Rat gift exchange ($35 value limit) where the gloves are expected to come off. Bring a gift, leave with a gift! I've reserved a small space just for us, at the club in the Oak Room just off the main bar.
Spouses/ significant others are welcome to dine with us for an additional $15 (payable to Thomas) and bring a gift and participate in the White Rat gift exchange.
A few rules to keep pace of play going:
1. Anything inside of 12 inches is good… Unless it’s for a birdie or better.
2. Triple bogey max… Pick it up if you’re putting for a triple.
3. Please keep up with the group in front of you even if the group behind is not pushing you.
4. Lateral rule is in effect...if you lose a ball, not over a fence or the area is not marked OB. Drop and add a stroke.
5. Follow both Muny Rat Rules & USGA rules otherwise.
